WeatherBug, a fully owned division of GroundTruth, is a major weather app with a strong presence in the US and is rapidly expanding in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. WeatherBug is a top-rated weather app, with more than 15 million monthly active users.

You will:

  • Satisfactory respond to all WB user base queries within a defined turnaround time.
  • Work closely with product team on prioritizing customers issues & complaints
  • Review all feedback emails and send respond within a timely matter  
  • Follow-up with customers to get more information as needed.
  • Respond to approximately 200 emails per day.
  • Provide weekly summary reports for the trending issues and analysis on top case reasons with respect to each WB product.
  • Proactive in flagging and escalating any upcoming issues/trends/customer responses etc. to product team

You are:

  • Organized & will have to prioritize and deliver work timely
  • Determined, Passionate & are always willing to give 100% towards the assigned work.
  • Meticulous i.e. need to give attention to each & every small detail.
  • Enthusiast & are always open for new challenges.

You have:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience, preferred graduate
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork skills i.e. you are able to work efficiently with all your team members along with other teams as well.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle pressure & meet the deadlines.
