Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition India
Gurugram, India | People Operations

You will:

  • Lead, manage and develop the India Talent Acquisition team of four people, while ensuring and providing an inclusive environment for all 
  • Further develop, lead and manage the India Talent Acquisition strategy with a focus on increasing Diversity & sourcing pipelines while ensuring an inclusive and equitable hiring strategy and internal hiring practices  
  • Serve as a consultative partner and trusted advisor to key stakeholders and senior leadership from beginning through the final stage of the search process 
  • Be a GroundTruth culture ambassador by positioning and implementing ideas to help further develop the company’s professional brand
  • Perform full cycle recruitment for senior-level and/or difficult to fill (critical) positions including assessments, the requisition process, interviews and offers 
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform the team and managers about changes in regulations 
  • Manage the external recruitment agency process in consultation with the Associate Director of People Operations
  • Spearhead and/or participate in special team projects

You have:

  • A growth mindset and choose courage over comfort when it comes to leading and carrying out the responsibilities within your role 
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or a combination of a Bachelor’s Degree and related, transferable experience (transferable experience includes 8+ years of demonstrated Talent Acquisition management and leadership experience
  • 8+ years’ demonstrated experience in recruiting – experience as an in-house recruiter (preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong time management skills
  • High sense of urgency yet a calm demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for recruiting and the candidate experience and are dedicated to providing timely, thoughtful, and high-touch interactions with candidates and hiring managers, during every stage of the process
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems – Greenhouse preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices
  • An understanding and demonstrated proficiency in various recruitment tools/strategies and emerging trends
