GroundTruth is seeking a client facing Customer Success manager to support one of our major agency holding company partnerships. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for the holding company’s day-to-day activities and represent their needs internally amongst key GroundTruth stakeholders. You will become a subject matter expert on our Ads Manager platform and our data products, ensuring that the holding company is utilizing them fully.  This is our first hire in this function, allowing you to form the structure and practices for the team as well as having the potential to build out the team in the future.

 

You will:

  • Understand and communicate Ads Manager and GroundTruth’s value proposition, technology, and partnerships, to help grow a key account
  • Train and ensure your client is fully utilizing and benefiting from GroundTruth’s platform and representing their feedback to the rest of the GroundTruth organization
  • Become an expert on the Ads Manager platform, GroundTruth’s data, and how to combine both to drive outcomes for marketing clients
  • Work with the rest of the Growth Strategy team and Product Management team to help define features and drive enhancements to the Ads Manager platform
  • Assist the agency holding company in more complex and high profile uses of our data, such as pitching perspective clients

 

You are:

You Have:

  • 4-8 years of total working experience with at least 2-3 in customer success, business development, or a similar area AND 2 years in display campaign operations.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SQL and working with large data sets (even better if Python or R)
  • Understanding of RTB, DSP, DMP, and dynamic ad serving fundamentals; ideally experience buying digital media
  • Ability to synthesize disparate product needs, represent them at GroundTruth, and balance client needs with practical enhancements, ensuring both sides are happy
