GroundTruth is seeking a full-time client facing Data and Insights Consultant to support one of our major agency holding company partnerships. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for the holding company’s day-to-day activities and represent their needs internally amongst key GroundTruth stakeholders. You will become a subject matter expert on our visitation data and our data products, ensuring that the holding company is utilizing them fully. 


You will:

  • Utilize GroundTruth data and tools to drive insights across consumer, brand, competitive, and category to help existing accounts within the holding company leverage the power of location
  • Own the full analysis process; this includes pulling raw data using SQL, conducting quantitative analysis, translating data into insights, and building cohesive presentations
  • Work with GroundTruth account teams to drive adoption of the GroundTruth platform using strategies supported by data analysis
  • Demonstrate deep analytical thinking and curiosity by continuously looking for opportunities to build your stories and conversations with clients (e.g., surfacing unanswered questions relevant to client objectives, incorporating knowledge of industry trends into reports to place insights into broader, more meaningful context)
  • Assist the agency holding company in more complex and high profile uses of our data, (i.e. helping the agency with new business pitch)
  • Become an expert on the our data products and work with the rest of the Growth Strategy team and Product Management team to help define features and drive product enhancements
  • Own day to day communication with holding companies product management team and identify more efficient ways to partner
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and create insights to support Growth Strategy team in efforts outside of holding company relationship when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent in education and experience
  • 4-6 years of related work experience with at least 2-3 years in a data centric role
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large data sets required
  • Experience working with Python or R is a plus, but not required
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience working at an agency is a plus
