The Director of Programmatic at GroundTruth oversees business development, strategy and sales across all programmatic demand, leading a team and collaborating across the organization to reach revenue and partnership objectives.

You will:

  • Oversee and drive delivery against programmatic revenue objectives
  • Lead relationships with key programmatic demand partners to drive strategic integrations
  • Provide high level coverage for senior agency and brand contacts, in partnership with sales
  • Programmatic thought leader internally at GroundTruth championing programmatic training within the company, and externally in the industry educating clients and partners on activating location programmatically
  • Head up lean and effective team of business development and sales overlay managers
  • Ensure product, engineering, partner managers, sales and operations are closely coordinated and enabling delivery across all integrations


You are:

You have:

  • 8-10 years of experience
  • Led a revenue-driving programmatic team
  • Have a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
  • Strong relationships across the industry, from DSPs to agency trading desks
  • A consultative and collaborative approach – ability to educate and work effectively with cross functional teams
