A bit about you

You will:

  • Lead WeatherBug’s B2B marketing efforts, focusing on growing the direct sales business.
  • Partner with sales leadership, account management, and product to develop strategy and grow revenue.
  • Manage pre-sales and post-sales strategy and operations including case studies and wrap up decks.
  • Manage investments and representation in industry events.
  • Act as a thought leader, by taking initiative to keep up with industry news and trends and sharing with the team, as well as contribute to industry thought leadership externally.

You are:

  • A creative B2B marketer with experience helping teams achieve revenue goals.
  • A highly collaborative team player, with the ability to work well with sales, account management and product teams.
  • Comfortable with a broad scope of responsibilities, from event marketing to sales collateral.
  • Able to think strategically and translate that strategy into effective tactics.

You have:

  • 4 – 7 years of experience in media sales organizations.
  • Experience working with sales and account management to deliver on client objectives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • A curiosity for the changing media landscape.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, an attention to detail, and an appreciation of deadlines and goals.
