A bit about you
Our Recruiting Coordinator works closely with the Manager of Talent Acquisition and one Recruiter as part of our fast-paced People Team. This role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and will grow into a full lifecycle Recruiter. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships.


You will:

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
  • Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Track recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

You Have:

  • 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience 
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Power Point 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Jobvite ATS very helpful but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment 
  • Superb customer focus
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
