Chris Yamaoka is GroundTruth’s Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Chris served as Chief Strategy Officer, focusing on guiding GroundTruth strategy, corporate development, alliances and partnerships along with the company’s positioning within the market.
Prior to joining GroundTruth in 2014, Chris worked in private practice at Cooley LLP, serving as outside general counsel to emerging growth companies and working on transactions from venture capital financing to mergers and acquisitions. Chris received his J.D., magna cum laude, from UC Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
