Kate oversees the Operations team at GroundTruth, managing day-to-day activities of the company and ensuring customer outcomes exceed expectations. In her role, Kate focuses on building trustworthy relationships with internal stakeholders and customers by providing best-in-class service and increases profitability for both GroundTruth and its customers through collaboration and an outcome-oriented mindset. Prior to leading Operations, Kate united GroundTruth’s customer-facing teams under one cohesive organization and introduced the global Customer Success team.
Before joining GroundTruth in 2016, Kate spent over five years overseeing the global Client Services team at Medialets, a mobile ad serving and attribution partner.
Kate graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. She resides in Westchester with her husband and two daughters.
