As the current situation unfolds, we believe that strong communication is imperative to ensure that we are doing everything we can to continue to deliver the superior customer experience you’ve come to expect from us. Therefore, we wanted to assure you that GroundTruth will be operating with a ‘business as usual’ approach for all of our customers. As a global organization, GroundTruth is committed to the work we do for you, and above all else, the health and safety of those around us.
Internally, GroundTruth is taking appropriate action to safeguard our employees and recommending everyone adhere to guidelines and updates from the World Health Organization, and Centers for Disease Control. For the time being, our offices have implemented a remote work policy, and we’ve encouraged all employees to be conscientious as we move through our public spaces.
For you, our customers, we are fully operational and here to help you navigate the current landscape as it continues to evolve. We’ve put together measures and initiatives to ensure any changes in consumer behavior are being closely monitored and we’ll continue to keep everyone updated on any insights or areas of opportunity that might arise.
