As SVP of People Operations, Lauren is focused on shaping and driving the organization’s global Talent Management Strategy while serving as the adviser and partner in setting the Organization’s Design and Development strategy.
Lauren also serves as the co-founder and chairwoman of the company’s DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) Committee, where she has worked to form and influence the organization’s culture for more than five years. Infusing an organic approach that centers around respect and psychological safety, she is leading the organization’s evolution around DEIB, having started by implementing a standard of equity. The first significant initiative she introduced saw GroundTruth implement an equitable pay framework to close the gender pay gap that often looms in the corporate workforce. An AdMonsters Top Women in Media DEI Champion, Lauren continues to create and take up space in her professional and personal community.
Before joining GroundTruth, Lauren worked on the agency side to support and implement Talent and Human Resources Strategy at Omnicom Media Group, Hearts&Science, and Assembly. Her agency experience laid the foundation for her transition into the AdTech space.
When not focused on Talent and Organizational strategy, Lauren is a wellness growth coach seeking to expand and elevate people’s growth journey mindset.
